Preparing for your Denver Zen Den journey is simple. Start by setting an intention—whether it's to relax, explore, heal, or be curious about what unfolds.

Wear comfortable clothing you can easily lay down and move in (think cozy, not restrictive). We recommend avoiding heavy meals about 60-90 minutes before your session—the lighter you feel, the more easily vibration passes through you. Most importantly, bring water and arrive with an open mind.

There's no "right way" to do this, and our facilitators will guide you through everything when you arrive. Just show up ready to experience something new.

Who Should Not Participate?

Your safety is our top priority. While our vibrational therapies are gentle and safe for most people, there are some conditions where we need to be extra cautious. Please let us know before booking if you have:

• Photosensitive epilepsy or seizure disorders – Our light therapy involves gentle flashing patterns that could potentially trigger seizures

• Glaucoma or serious eye conditions – Check with your eye doctor first

• Implanted electronic medical devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, etc.) – Magnetic fields may interfere with these devices

• Pregnancy – Out of an abundance of caution

• Severe anxiety or psychosis – Let's chat first to ensure this is the right fit

• If you're under 18 – We require parent/guardian consent and presence

Can I Drive After An Experience?

Absolutely! We only use light, sound, frequency, and vibration—there's nothing that alters your system or impairs your ability to drive safely.

That said, many guests love to linger a bit after their session with a cup of tea in our downstairs lounge or take a peaceful walk by the nearby river to extend that blissful state. But if you need to head out right away, you're completely safe to do so.

You'll lie comfortably on our specialized equipment (like the SomaBed or vibroacoustic therapy table) while the technology works its magic.
