Rachel Jackson is a trained-therapist with her Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, that dropped the label of therapist to offer individuals & couples an approach that is human & holistic in mind, body, spirit & relationship.
With Guide to Be’s partnership with Denver Zen Den, you get an immersive holistic experience that will truly feel like a “therapy alternative.” Working with Rachel will incorporate the light, vibration, sound & frequency of Denver Zen Den, along with her therapeutic expertise of inner child work, attachment styles, & somatic experiencing. She uses private sound healing sessions & yoga in addition to her trained-therapist guidance to amplify the release of trauma & stuck emotions in the body. She supports her clients to create their NEW reality.

The Day Of: For optimal comfort and effect, please avoid consuming heavy or substantial meals within 60 to 90 minutes before your session.. Make sure to come hydrated and well-rested. Rest assured, we prioritize ensuring your utmost comfort and readiness before starting.
